Homeopathy—
What It Is. What It Isn't.
Homeopathy is the discipline and art of healing and optimal health. Its practice has been in existence for a little over 200 years. There are practitioners on every continent other than Antarctica. Truly holistic, it takes into account all aspects of a patient's being: physical, mental, and emotional. Spirituality and religious belief systems are personal issues that are taken as a part of a person's makeup. Therefore, homeopathy is congruent with all spiritual beliefs.
There are many aspects to homeopathy and much controversy about it. To this end, several articles are included in this section, each taking an aspect and expanding on it. At first, it's best to start at the top of the menu to the left, as the first articles discuss what homeopathy is and its development. If you have any questions you'd like answered, please send an e-mail. Most likely, the question is one that others would like to see answered, so it may result in an article.
Many people turn to homeopathy as they reach the end of the line with drugs and surgeries—when they're either informed that there's nothing more to be done or they've reached their limit with so-called side effects and unexpected results. This is unfortunate, as homeopathic treatment can prevent serious disease from arising by helping "tune" a person's healing capability so that it catches problems and can respond before serious illness arises.
